    Supporting Dreamers and Curse Breakers

Being the first to do something can be hard. We’re here to help.

Are you a first-generation student in your Bachelor’s or professional degree program?

Do you sometimes feel that people around you don’t get what it’s like to be the first to do something?

If you’ve answered yes, then join our FREE 6-week support group for first-generation students.

Led by Asé clinical intern, Matenyeh Kaba, and Asé therapist and owner, Michelle Collins, participants will have the opportunity to build connections with other first-gen students while discussing the strengths and challenges of this part of their life journey.

The 6-week group will meet virtually and participants will develop

    1. Ways to destress when managing school and personal demands

    2. Tools for validating their struggle

    3. External resources available to help students navigate this new journey

    4. Relationships with other people who really get it

Group starts July 12, 2022, will meet on Tuesdays at 3pm. To register, email us at [email protected]
